Caring for your kettle

Mineral build-up inside your FLOE kettle is natural over time, even when using filtered water, and while harmless, it can dull flavor clarity if left unchecked. To clean, simply fill the kettle to the max line with a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water, let it sit for 20–30 minutes without heat, then wipe the interior with a soft sponge or microfiber cloth. For tougher spots, gently bring the solution to a boil to loosen buildup, and if needed, run a pipe cleaner through the spout from the pouring end to clear residue. The lid pull can be unscrewed by hand for a deeper clean underneath, and any residue on the lid can be wiped away easily. Always avoid water, soap, or abrasives near the electrical base or components to prevent damage, and keep the exterior looking new by wiping with a damp microfiber cloth or mild soapy water, drying immediately after. With this routine care, your FLOE kettle stays precise, clean, and ready to deliver exceptional brews.
